In my eyes, that means that the game has managed to find the perfect balance between making the game more accessible for new players and also maintaining the depth that Tekken is known for.ДreamKing: We recently learned that Fahkumram has been banned from most tournaments in the Pakistani Tekken 7 scene. But even with that, the top players that everyone recognizes and knows are still at the top of the mountain. The game LOOKS more fun to watch with the addition of slow-motion effects, rage mechanics and devastating sound/stage effects. Since then, the scene has grown in ways that nobody could have thought possible, largely in part to the beginner-friendly changes. Upon release, Tekken 7 received a lot of criticism from hardcore fans for changing legacy mechanics to help new players understand the game better.

There are also countless videos on YouTube dedicated to helping new players learn the info necessary to take their skills to a more competitive level, including the Class in Session series. The developers have since evolved their games in a way that allows for beginners to have fun immediately out the gate. Gaming has become mainstream, which means that more eyes are on the FGC. There weren't nearly as many resources/content creators around and picking up new information was much harder to do. The idea that fighting games and Tekken specifically is really difficult to learn kind of dates back to the early days of gaming.
